Cuci net Terms & Conditions – Rights and Responsibilities of Malaysian Members

1Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

Welcome to cuci net. This Terms & Conditions document ("Agreement") constitutes a legally binding contract between you ("Member" or "User") and cuci net ("Platform", "We"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the cuci net platform – whether via the website, mobile app, or any other digital channel – you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms, conditions, policies, and guidelines contained in this document.

If you disagree with any part of this Agreement, you are not permitted to use cuci net's services. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure you remain compliant with the latest version in effect.

These terms take effect from 1 January 2026 and supersede all previous versions. Members will be notified of any material changes via email or in-platform notifications on cuci net.

2Account Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age and Eligibility Requirements

Platform cuci net is exclusively for users who are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. cuci net reserves the right to request age verification at any time and to suspend or close the account of any member found not to meet this requirement.

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• You must be a resident of Malaysia or have legitimate access to the platform from your current location.
• You must have an active and valid Malaysian phone number for verification purposes.
• You are not permitted to register if you have previously self-excluded from the cuci net platform or any associated platform.
• You are not permitted to register on behalf of another person.

2.2 One Account Per Individual

Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account at cuci net. Registration of more than one account by the same individual – even under a different name, phone number, or email address – is a violation of these Terms & Conditions. cuci net reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances or winnings held within them.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

You are responsible for providing accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration, including your full name, phone number, and the bank account or e-wallet details you intend to use. Inaccurate or false information may result in withdrawal delays, account suspension, or account closure without notice.

3Account & Password Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your account login credentials cuci net yours, including your username and password. cuci net will not be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

• Do not share your password with anyone, including family members.
• Use a strong password — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Change your password regularly, at least once every 3 months.
• Log out of your account when using a shared device.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if available in your cuci net account settings.
• Report to the cuci net support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

Cuci net uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all communications between your device and our servers. That said, security starts on your end – even the most secure platform cannot protect you if your password is shared or easy to guess.

4Deposits and Payment Methods

All financial transactions on the platform cuci net is in MYR (RM). cuci net accepts a variety of local Malaysian payment methods for members' convenience.

All deposits must be made from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. cuci net does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be returned and the account in question may be frozen pending further investigation.

5Withdrawal

Member cuci net may withdraw their winnings at any time, subject to the following conditions.

• Withdrawals are only processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name – the name must match the name on your cuci net account.
• If you have received a bonus, the applicable rollover requirements must be fully met before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Cuci net reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals that exceed a certain threshold or as part of routine security checks.
• Withdrawals sent to an account that does not match your cuci net account details will be rejected and the funds returned to your account balance.

6Bonus and Promotion Terms

All bonuses, promotions, and special offers at cuci net subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside each promotion. This section outlines the general policy applicable to all bonuses unless stated otherwise.

6.1 Rollover Requirements

Every bonus received at cuci net carries a wagering requirement before it can be withdrawn. This means you must wager a specified amount before your bonus balance can be converted into withdrawable funds. Example: a RM100 bonus with a 10x rollover means you must place cumulative bets totalling RM1,000 before a withdrawal can be made from that bonus balance.

6.2 General Bonus Policy

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per promotion unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses cannot be combined with other promotions unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Cuci net reserves the right to void bonuses if abuse, fraud, or any attempt to circumvent rollover requirements is detected.
• The Welcome Bonus is available exclusively to new members making their first deposit. Existing members are not eligible for this bonus.
• The expiry date of each bonus will be stated in the respective promotion's terms — any bonus not used within that period will expire automatically.
• Bonus values are in RM and cannot be converted to any other currency.

7Game Rules

All games on the platform cuci net – covering table games, Sports Betting, live matches, poker, roulette, and e-sports – are subject to the specific game rules stated in each game's help section.

7.1 Game Fairness

All casino games at cuci net use an independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) system to ensure that every game outcome is entirely random and cannot be manipulated by any party. For Sports Betting and live matches, outcomes are based on the actual results of the relevant sporting events.

7.2 Final Results

Results for all games displayed on the platform cuci net are final and may not be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical error verifiable by the cuci net system. In the event of a technical disruption or system failure during gameplay, cuci net reserves the right to void the round in question and return the wagered amount to the member's account balance.

7.3 Sports Betting

• All sports bets are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled by members, except through the available Cash Out feature.
• If a match is postponed or cancelled, bets will be refunded in accordance with the specific rules of the sport concerned, as stated in the help section.
• Displayed odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. cuci net is not responsible for any odds changes that occur between the time of display and the time of bet confirmation.

8Prohibitions & Account Closure

cuci net reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of the following:

• Registration or use of an account by any individual under the age of 18.
• Holding more than one account (duplicate accounts).
• Use of false information or another person's identity during registration or KYC verification.
• The use of bots, automation software, or any technological tools to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Bonus system abuse, including opening duplicate accounts to claim the same bonus repeatedly.
• Attempted money laundering through suspicious deposit and withdrawal activity.
• Collusion or cooperation with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Any form of threats, abusive language, or inappropriate behaviour directed at the cuci net support team.

If an account is closed for any of the above reasons, cuci net reserves the right to forfeit any balance, bonuses, or winnings held in that account. For account closures not resulting from a violation, any valid balance will be returned once the review is complete.

9Responsible Gaming

cuci net takes our social responsibility seriously. We believe gambling should remain an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of stress or financial hardship. To that end, we provide a range of tools and resources to help members gamble wisely and responsibly.

9.1 Self-Control Tools

• Daily/Weekly/Monthly Deposit Limits: Set a maximum limit on the amount you can deposit within a given period. This limit takes effect immediately and can only be decreased immediately — increasing the limit requires a 7-day waiting period.
• Loss Limit: Set the maximum loss limit you are willing to accept per day, week, or month.
• Temporary Self-Exclusion: Suspend access to your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days to take a break from gaming activity.
• Long-Term Self-Exclusion: Option to self-exclude from the cuci net platform for 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. This option cannot be reversed during the chosen period.

9.2 Signs of Problem Gambling

You may have a gambling problem if you find yourself: betting with money meant for essential expenses, lying to family about your gambling activity, gambling to cover previous gambling debts, or being unable to stop even when you want to. If this applies to you, please use cuci net's self-exclusion feature and seek professional help.

10Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Platform cuci net is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to keep the platform running without interruption 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, we cannot guarantee that the service will always be free from technical issues, errors, or maintenance periods arising from system updates.

• Cuci net is not liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, or any damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• Cuci net is not responsible for any member-side internet connection failures that cause disruptions during active gameplay.
• Cuci net is not liable for any third-party actions that result in unauthorised access to a member's account due to the member's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
• All decisions made by the cuci net game system are final and binding, except in cases of verifiable technical errors.
• These Terms & Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through mutual negotiation will be referred to the appropriate dispute resolution process.

By using the platform cuci net, you acknowledge that you understand and accept all risks associated with online gaming activities, including the possibility of losing money that you wager. Play wisely, within your means, and only use funds you can afford to lose.
